Q. Will I receive an email to let me know that my order has been dispatched?
A. Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm this as well as a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

 

Q. I have lost my password, how do I reset it?
A. Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link, follow the prompts and an email with a verification code will be emailed out to you, so you can reset you password.

 

Q. I have lost my username, how do I retrieve it?

Q. Do I need to create an account in order to buy online?
A. Yes, simply click the Create a new account page and fill out your details. It's easy to do!

 

Q. Can I store more than one delivery address in my account?
A. Yes.  Simply login and once a product is added in your cart, click ‘proceed to checkout’ button. Then click 'new' and enter your new address. Once you have entered your new address, highlight the one that you would like to have your products delivered to.

 

Q. Can I place an order over the via the telephone, email or fax?
A. Currently we do not process orders via the telephone, email or fax. We recommend you use our website to place orders as it is far more secure.

 

Q.Do I have to be over 18 to make a purchase?
A. Yes, Pulpit Cellars supports responsible service of alcohol. You will be required to provide I.D. on delivery.

 

Q. What happens if the product is out of stock?
A. We will contact you and offer an alternative product or vintage, or the option to cancel your order.

Q. What happens if I am not at home to receive delivery?
A. We will not leave goods unattended. The courier will leave a calling card behind for you to arrange a suitable re-delivery.

 

Q. Do deliveries require a signature?
A. Yes, as Pulpit Cellars supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to minors. Due to licensing laws you must be 18 years of age or over in order to place an order and receive delivery.
